The problem
A national congress needed an identity, artwork and a promo video on an event budget and an event timeline: weeks, not months, with member institutions confirming their logos until the last day.
What we did
We made the logo and the system of pieces, used AI to generate the scenes that could not be photographed, laid out the member institutions’ logo sheet, typeset the schedule and program, and produced the promo video in two versions depending on which logos came in.
The outcome
An event with a complete identity and promotional material ready on time, without waiting for the list of institutions to close.
