The problem
The catalog for a large auction is dozens of third-party pieces — sale orders, health annexes, sponsor ads, commercial terms — that arrive late, in different formats, with instructions that contradict each other. The project was being tracked over email.
What we did
We organized the project as a system. We found that it was really two separate deliverables — the digital catalog and the printed sale order, eleven pieces in a precise order — and settled the ambiguity of what belongs to each: logos to the printed order, ads to the digital catalog.
We classified the sponsor ads, generated the QR codes for the seventeen sires, and built a status board piece by piece: what is in, what is missing, and who it depends on.
The outcome
A project that lived in an email thread now has a single source of truth. What is still pending is only what depends on third parties, visible in one table.
