The problem
Three clients, around twenty auctions a month, and dates that keep moving. Someone had to go through spreadsheets every morning to avoid being late with a post, and a rescheduled date that slipped by cost a publication.
What we did
We set an agent running every day at 8am: it reads the three clients’ spreadsheets, finds the upcoming auctions — including the rescheduled ones — works out how many days are left, and applies the content plan: a story seven days out, a post four days out. It leaves a draft email with the concrete tasks for the day, ready to review over coffee.
The outcome
The content calendar builds itself. No more manual spreadsheet reviews, and nothing published late because someone forgot.
